Let Them Hang will bring you limited edition works from carefully selected established and successful artists. Each print will be limited to a maximum of 150, each will be numbered - a reserved amount will be individually signed by the artist.
At different times, we will be showcasing work from international guests, exclusive short-run prints, and rotating the group of artists that are included on-site. Please check the site for these and other future projects, including limited edition shirts and original artworks produced in other mediums.
Justin MacCarthy is the founder and foreman at Kuldesac, a small company established in Bristol, UK, 10 years ago. He has been involved with many aspects of street art culture - through the creation and distribution of clothing brands, and the conception and organisation of design projects for many high profile clients. An active and acclaimed artist in his own right, he is the creative force behind Let Them Hang.
The site could not operate without the skilled involvement of Screen One, an independent Bristol-based print company run by Paul Weston. Paul has been making screen prints for over thirty years, and the company has enjoyed a varied client base in the creative industries beyond the usual corporate commissions, with an emphasis on small scale production and limited or one off-pieces for UK artists.
Brightstorm are the digital tailors who designed and administrate Let Them Hang. Director Mike Karthauser has produced sites and solutions for blue chip companies such as MTV and MSN, and has had a long standing association with audio visual arts in Bristol, having built sites for Hombre Records and Subtonix.org, as well as visual environments for events at The Cube Cinema and The Thekla. Designer Sam Norgate ran the renowned alternative venue Cosies Wine Bar in Bristol for several years, and in addition to web and print design work, he continues to write about music, help to promote events, and occasionally play records in public.
